  • On top of your homepage you placed a small rectangle, with your phone and a call to action. This is a very uncommon and ineffective way to start a homepage. On desktops and laptops it looks as if you placed a flyer on your webpage. What you need is a full-width image, like the one you placed below. On the image you'll have to add a powerful headline and a subheader. It will be much more effective and it will make a much better impression on new visitors.
  • Your website must have a real navigation menu with several links linked to different web pages. Right now you have only 2 links, which is bad practice.
  • If you have reviews of satisfied customers, don't place them on top of the page or below the main visual. Reviews should be placed only after you introduce your business and your services. Or, you can place them on an about us page.
  • "Junk Removal Services for Your Home or Business" is a good title. But below this title there is too much text. Mobile users will have to scroll a lot, which is not very useful. You should use instead cards. Cards are columns. Each card (column) includes a short title, a relevant image below the title and a short description below the image. Each card will link to the respective inner page. For example, if the card is about office junk removal, it will be linked to a web page that explains this particular job.
  • Another problem you have with the present 6 text columns is that the first 3 columns describe services and the lower 3 columns describe benefits. They are not related so they shouldn't be placed together.
  • The "about us" section doesn't belong to the homepage. You should create a separate about us page. that's the standard. Also, placing "our services" under "about us" is a mistake. About us is like a company profile page: things like company background, team, facilities, expertise, etc. Services descriptions do not belong here.
  • Hours address and map should be placed on a contact page, not on the homepage.
  • 3 questions and answers are not enough for a FAQ page. You'll have to add a few more.
  • The form must be on a contact page. Also, don't "force" your prospects to fill out too many fields. Ask them only for their name, email and phone. Only email and name should be necessary.
